1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab. You will be instructed to create a login and password. Upon completion, a  verification email will be sent to your account.

2. Click to Start Application 

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data, as it will autosave. The successful completion of each section will be noted with a green check.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields are complete, you must select "Review & Submit". You will then be instructed to pay the non-refundable application fee of $50 per applicant.

4. Submit Required Documents

Checklist per grade level:

K3, K4, K5 Applicants

  • Parent TourContact the Office of Admission to schedule a tour by emailing admissions@trinitywildcats.com or scheduling directly through the Calendly link on our website.
  • Playground/Readiness Assessment - Upon completion of the application, an appointment for the playgroup assessment will be scheduled by the Admission Office.

Grades 1-12 Applicants

  • Parent/Student Tour - Contact the Office of Admission to schedule a tour by emailing admissions@trinitywildcats.com or scheduling a tour through the Calendly link on our website.
  • Transcript and Attendance Records - In order for an applicant to be considered for admissions, an unofficial transcript (final report card) must be submitted. In addition to these grades, an updated attendance record must also be submitted.
  • Admission Assessment (Grades 2 - 12) - All applicants must take an entrance exam. Testing must be scheduled through the Office of Admission. A testing fee will be required.
  • Recommendation Forms (Grades K5 - 12) - Online recommendation forms should be completed by the prospective student's current principal or academic teacher.
  • Parent/Student Interview (Grades 6 - 12) - Parents will be contacted by the Office of Admission to schedule an interview after the completed application, transcript, standardized test results, and completed recommendations forms have been received.

K5 and 1st Grade Applicants

  • Psychological Evaluation - Parents should schedule an evaluation for their child with an approved psychologist. We will accept scores from Dr. JoAnne Ray or Dr. Sheree Bodiford. Appointments will be scheduled directly with the physician administering the WPPSI or WISC.
